The Courthouse Project

The restoration process of the historic Iron County Courthouse has begun. The first phase was determining the extent of damage and developing a plan for recovery. The analysis detailed a project that renovates both the interior and exterior.  Two plans were provided for the HVAC system. Depending on the options for the system the total cost of the project will be between $1.2 and $1.8 million.  The next phase is developing the funding for this significant project.
